Audacity: Products of a False History

A case study exploring the format of history books, taking a snapshot of contemporaries in my Seattle cohort during 2013. This project was designed and developed from scratch and includes interviews with 23 different individuals, as well as visual work samples, process samples, and portraits taken specifically for the project. Five thousand dollars was crowdsourced via a full campaign to fund the limited print run of this book, which totaled 250+ pages.

  TGF Mag

A foray into Publishing design, TGF Mag is a Case Study into crafting a magazine from scratch from concept, to design, to content curation, to print. TGF's hallmarks are an unassuming generic exterior, contrasted by elegant text, rich vivid imagery, interviews with contemporary artists, a design critic, an opinion critique on the affects of reblog and visual reattribution, and at the time hot topic of Occupy Wall Street.

Modern Recollections

Program design, and tipped in insert, for performance art event. Inserts were typeset and reverse silkscreened, so visible white is natural paper showing through, and all visible black is dried ink.

Misc Poster Designs

Miscellaneous show & event posters designed for print and screen.

I'd rather not, but it's useful for you to see

Other work samples that aren't so classily presented. As a freelancer, I've not always been mentally able to make time to document my work properly. But these give you an idea of what I have done, my aesthetic, and final products.
